MANUFACTURING PARTNERS & QUALITY CONTROL

Manufacturing & Quality Control for OEM/ODM Electronics

A practical look at how KingFuji coordinates production, testing, documentation, and delivery with electronics manufacturing partners in China.

From SMT and PCBA assembly to aging tests, final inspection, and export packing — these are the processes behind the products we supply to international B2B buyers.

Manufacturing Partners

KingFuji is an electronics wholesale exporter and OEM/ODM supplier. We do not operate a single dedicated factory. Instead, we work with a selected group of electronics manufacturing partners in China, and we coordinate the commercial and quality side of each project on behalf of our buyers.

That means one point of contact for specification review, sampling, production scheduling, inspection arrangements, documentation, and export delivery — while the production itself is carried out by the partner factory best suited to the product and order volume.

  • Product and specification review before quoting
  • Sampling and pre-production confirmation where applicable
  • Production progress follow-up and inspection coordination
  • Export packing, documentation, and shipment arrangements

GaN Charger Production Process

A typical charger project moves through eight production stages. The order of operations can vary by model, power rating, and factory, but the quality checkpoints stay broadly the same.

01

SMT & PCB Assembly

SMT mounting equipment placing components on charger circuit boards

Surface-mount placement and reflow on the charger PCB, followed by visual and functional checks of the assembled board.

02

PCBA Protection

Protection material being applied by hand to assembled charger PCBA units

Protective material is applied to key areas of the board to improve insulation and mechanical stability.

03

Thermal Management

Thermal compound being dispensed into charger housings on a production bench

Thermal compound and potting are applied so heat transfers away from the power stage during high-load charging.

04

Product Assembly

Charger PCBA being fitted into a housing during product assembly

Board, pins, housing, and enclosure fittings are assembled and closed, with fit and finish checked along the line.

05

Aging Test

Charger units on an aging test rack running under continuous load

Units run under continuous load on aging racks to screen out early failures before final inspection.

06

Final Testing

Chargers connected to test instruments for final electrical inspection

Output voltage, current, and basic protection behaviour are verified on test fixtures before packing.

07

Packaging

Trays of finished charger housings staged for packing on an assembly line

Retail or bulk packing is completed to the agreed artwork, labelling, and carton configuration.

08

Shipment

Palletised export cartons being loaded for bulk order shipment

Cartons are palletised and handed to the forwarder, with shipping documents issued for the buyer.

Quality Inspection & Testing

Quality control is agreed with the factory before production starts, so that inspection criteria match the product and the destination market rather than being applied generically.

Incoming & In-Process Checks

Key components are checked on receipt, and boards are inspected after SMT and soldering for placement, solder quality, and visible defects.

Electrical & Aging Tests

Functional testing covers output behaviour and basic protection. Aging runs screen units under continuous load before they reach final inspection.

Final Inspection & AQL

Finished goods are checked against the approved sample and packing specification, with sampling levels agreed per order.

A note on scope: inspection and testing arrangements are agreed per product and per order. Test coverage, sampling level, and documentation availability depend on the exact model, the factory, and the destination market. Buyers should confirm requirements before ordering.

OEM/ODM Customization

For private-label projects, customization is handled together with the manufacturing partner responsible for that product family. What can be customized depends on the model — not every product supports every option.

  • Logo and laser marking
  • Retail packaging and artwork
  • Plug type and output configuration
  • Cable length and accessory set
  • Label, manual, and barcode data
  • Carton and pallet configuration

Minimum order quantities, tooling requirements, and lead times are confirmed per project after the specification is reviewed.
